Your four course meal, which is fully prepared and cooked aboard our train, will be served during a one hour and forty minute trip through Illinois farmland along IRM's main line.
Menu Antipasto plate with selection of cheeses and meats. Italian Salad. Chicken Piccata served on angel hair pasta with capers and roasted pine nuts, Italian green beans. Dessert. Seating is extremely limited. Reservations will be filled on a first-received, first-served basis. Please use our online, museum reservation / payment system located here.
